We accept returns or exchanges on stock items in their original, unworn condition up to 10 days after receipt, minus any shipping fees.  We are not responsible for any international shipping, customs fees and taxes.

Do not send any returns to us without notifying us in advance and getting a Return Authorization Number (RA#). We are not responsible for packages or items that are sent outside of these guidelines.

Our products have a one (1) year warranty against breakage due to defects in material and workmanship, starting from the date of purchase.  Scratched lenses are considered normal wear and are not covered under warranty.

We strive to keep our patrons satisfied, so please e-mail us with any specific questions for servicing your sunglasses.

All stock orders are processed and shipped within 1-2 business days. Any Custom orders are processed and shipped within 10-14 business days. Processing time may vary due to merchandise availability and/or payment discrepancies. We are located in Southern California, thus shipping time will vary depending on location. Shipments are based on business days (including express shipping). We do not process/ship orders during the weekends or holidays. Delivery time of your package may be delayed if no one is present at the time of delivery. 

As soon as your order has been shipped, you will receive an email confirmation (to the email address entered on your order) with your tracking information. If you don’t receive an email, please contact our client relations team and we’ll gladly update you with your shipping information. 

USA SHIPPING

Free shipping is only applicable for orders being shipped within the contiguous United States; with the exception of Alaska, Hawaii, US territories and APO/FPO addresses.

Free standard shipping, within the contiguous United States, will take an average of 5-9 business days. Allow 1-2 business days to process on stock orders and 10-14 business days Custom orders. We use USPS for orders shipping to Alaska, Hawaii, US territories, APO/FPO addresses, and PO Box addresses.

Three-Day (FedEx Express Saver) will take 3-4 business days to deliver. Please allow 1-2 business days to process on stock orders and and 10-14 business days Custom orders. The provider does not deliver on Saturdays and Sundays.

Two-Day (FedEx 2-Day Air) will take 2-3 business days to deliver. Please allow 1-2 business days to process on stock orders and 10-14 business days Custom orders. The provider does not deliver on Saturdays and Sundays. A signature is usually (but not always) required during the time of delivery.

Next Day Air guarantees delivery by the end of the next business day once the order has processed to ship. Please allow 1-2 business days to process on stock orders and 10-14 business days Custom orders. The provider does not deliver on Saturdays and Sundays. A signature is usually (but not always) required during the time of delivery.

Undeliverable packages (return to sender) will be subject to additional charges. Please refer to our return policy for more information.

Packages being shipped internationally are shipped via Federal Express ( FEDEX). Please allow 1-2 business days to process on stock orders and 10-14 business days Custom orders. Shipping time is estimated between 7-14+ business days. Please be advised that for international shipping, delays may occur due to foreign customs. Once the package has passed through foreign customs, delivery will be handled by FEDEX's local country affiliates. Tracking will then be available through that postal service website. ZOOJI ships your package DDU, duties and taxes unpaid, and cannot determine what your charges may be. You can contact your local customs office for more information regarding your country's custom policies. 

Undeliverable packages (return to sender) may be subject to abandonment. In this situation, customer will not be eligible for any refunds.

Dom Vetro sunglasses are produced with great care using the finest materials; however, all materials and designs can be damaged so we ask you take special care.  Please follow our care instructions below.  We are happy to hear from you with any questions or concerns.
 

FRAMES:

• Avoid wearing your acetate frames on your head and use two hands to take your glasses on and off. This will keep them from becoming slightly stretched over time. 

• You may, from time to time, clean your frames with warm, soapy water. Avoid soaps that are scented or contain dyes.

• After cleaning your frame, dry it completely. Avoid soaking metal hinges in water.

• In all cases, avoid contact of chemical cleaners with your frame.

LENSES:

• Avoid scratching your lenses by placing them in your eyewear case and only using a dry microfiber cloth to gently clean them.

• Do not clean your lenses with solvents or chemicals. They may contain alcohol and other ingredients that will damage your lens coatings. 

• If you do not have a microfiber cleaning cloth available, you may use a 100% cotton material to gently clean the lenses. Do not use any paper materials, such as paper towels, to clean your lenses. 

STORING INSTRUCTIONS:

• Store your eyewear in a room temperature, dry environment, avoiding extreme heat conditions, such as the glove compartment of your car over extended periods of time.
